National Capital District of Alpine Ontario (NCD) – Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

The NCD Annual General Meeting of the members of NCD will take place on Monday, May 29, 2023, immediately following the NCD Awards presentations.  The meeting will take place at the Nepean Sailing Club, 3259 Carling Avenue, Nepean, ON. NCD 2022-23 Awards Night & AGM

This year’s Annual Awards & AGM will be held on Monday, May 29, at the Nepean Sailing Club. Light snacks will be served. Doors open at 6:30 pm with awards at 7:00 pm. The NCD 2023 AGM will take place immediately following. Please note this is a new venue! Updated 2022-23 Race Schedule

The updated consolidated race schedule is available here. Changes include U16 OCup Final dates, as well as the removal of a U16 race (Jan 22 GS race cancelled.)

All Hands Meeting on Nov. 9

This year’s all All Hands Meeting for Level 2 & 3 Officials and coaches will be held on November 9, 2022, from 7-9 pm. This meeting will be conducted online. ONTARIO FAMILIES:  NCD-AOA Registration: https://www.alpineontario.ca/calendar/Annual Update (2hrs) If you are an active official, we highly recommend that you attend every season. In order toremain an Official L2+ in good standing, you must attend at least every 2 years.

2022 NCD Awards

On Tuesday, June 21, the NCD awards for the 2021-2022 season were handed out to athletes, coaches and volunteers. Thanks to all who made the season such a successful one! A special congratulations to Brent Allen who was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his ongoing commitment to ski racing in the NCD, and his outstanding volunteer service over many years. Thank you Brent!
