The NCD Annual General Meeting of the members of NCD will take place on Monday, May 13, immediately following the NCD Awards presentations. The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1. Review Financial Statements for year ending April, 30, 2019
2. To elect directors for the upcoming year. Open positions include: Chair; Secretary and Treasurer.
4. To transact any other business if any that may properly come before the AGM.
